Letting go of hurtful and harmful emotions from the past and replacing them with empowered learnings of wisdom. Extremely powerful and proven interventions using 'submodalities" to remove bad habits, stop liking something or start liking something, change unhelpful beliefs, remove limiting beliefs, update core values, resolve internal conflicts at an unconscious level to achieve "wholeness", deal with anxiety and phobias and a whole range of other incredibly effective techniques.

Based on looking at your life from the perspective of the present and focused largely on your current state of mind. CBT is not looking at future goals and not "dwelling" on past events. An action orientated form of psychotherapy which assumes that common "conditions" such as depression and anxiety are not medical conditions requiring medication but generalizations of more specific underlying reasons for such thoughts and states. CBT assumes that these are symptoms of harmful thought patterns, unhelpful belief systems and core values which can be changed thus resulting in a person being free of such troublesome emotions.
