Don't just take my word for it. I pride myself on being the best I can possibly be. When I feel like I am the best I can possibly be it's time for me to think about the very next step to becoming better still. It never stops because life never stops. When one goal is realized another one develops. Opportunities multiply when they are seized and having "problems" is certainly not something to be avoided. Provided we have the right "problems" and approach them with solution focused strategies they become in many cases huge assets triggering a way forward to great success that would never have become apparent to us without that shift in paradigm. Coaching is able to facilitate these perspective shifts and due to this (as one example) is a practical and logical approach to problem solving and lateral thinking. Tony Robbins (the one and only) says " The quality of your life is a direct reflection of the quality of the questions you are asking yourself" I also believe that the level of fulfillment you are experiencing in life on a day to day basis is closely connected to the kinds of "problems" you may be spending your time on and the way you may be approaching them. Problems are not the enemy and fear is not the enemy. The enemy is the comfort zone. If I had to highlight only one main benefit of coaching, above all else it would be this " With the right coach, the right dedication and the right accountability you are capable of creating a whole new comfort zone. One so far removed from where you are now your only possible regret will be why didn't I do this sooner? "You have exactly one life in which to do everything you'll ever do. Act accordingly." - Colin Wright
